Peer Coaching
Available as a Workshop and/or Consulting by Joyce Butler, Ed.D.
Participants will explore the difference between peer coaching and evaluation and define the process and purpose of a peer coaching relationship. Participants will also explore the vast array of topics that can be a focus of the peer coaching relationship and will take the time to define how data can be collected so that it provides quality information on the focus of the observation.
