Elements of the Mentor Relationship
Available as a Workshop and/or Consulting by Joyce Butler, Ed.D.
Participants will explore the roles and responsibilities of mentors and mentees within the mentoring relationship and will have the opportunity to develop guidelines that apply to these roles and responsibilities. The workshop will also guide participants in defining the characteristics of successful mentors and identifying the needs of beginning teachers.
