Avoiding & Resolving Conflicts in the Classroom
Available as a Workshop and/or Consulting by Joyce Butler, Ed.D.
Participants will expand their knowledge base by learning about techniques for how to avoid conflict. Additionally, participants will explore techniques for working through conflict when it does occur, which is inevitable. Participants will reinforce their knowledge about the value of nonjudgmental language as well as the need for creating a tight system of expectations for students.
